2账户与邀请码Accounts & Invite Codes
注册本平台可能需要有效的邀请码。你有责任妥善保管账户凭据,并对账户下发生的所有活动负责。账户仅限本人使用,不得共享、转让或出售。Registration may require a valid invite code. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Accounts are for your personal use only and may not be shared, transferred, or sold.
3订阅Subscriptions
部分功能需要有效订阅。订阅通过我们的官方社区办理和续期;订阅到期后,相关功能的访问权限将受到限制,直至完成续订。价格与周期以购买时公示的信息为准。Some features require an active subscription. Subscriptions are arranged and renewed through our official community; when a subscription lapses, access to the related features is limited until renewal. Prices and terms are those posted at the time of purchase.
4可接受使用Acceptable Use
你不得:以自动化方式抓取或批量下载平台数据;转售、再分发或公开传播平台内容;逆向工程、干扰或破坏平台运行,或试图绕过鉴权与访问限制;将平台用于任何违法用途。You may not: scrape or bulk-download platform data by automated means; resell, redistribute, or publicly disseminate platform content; reverse-engineer, interfere with, or disrupt the platform, or attempt to bypass authentication or access controls; or use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
5知识产权Intellectual Property
本平台及其内容(包括但不限于分析模型、图表、文字、标识与软件)归本平台或其许可方所有,受相关法律保护。行情与期权数据来自第三方数据供应商,其权利归各供应商所有。未经书面许可,不得复制或用于商业用途。The platform and its content (including but not limited to analytics, charts, text, marks, and software) are owned by the platform or its licensors and protected by law. Market and options data are provided by third-party vendors and remain their property. No copying or commercial use without written permission.
6免责声明与责任限制Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

退款政策Refund Policy
1订阅模式Subscription Model
本平台的付费访问以订阅/邀请码形式开通。订阅周期与价格以购买时公示的信息为准。Paid access is provisioned via subscription / invite code. Billing periods and prices are those posted at the time of purchase.
2退款条件Eligibility
自扣款之日起 7 天内可申请退款,退款金额按下方递减规则计算;超过 7 天后不再受理。以下情况可获全额退款:重复扣款或其他计费错误;支付后因平台原因无法开通访问;适用法律要求退款的其他情形。You may request a refund within 7 days of payment; the amount follows the tapering schedule below. After 7 days, requests are not accepted. Full refunds apply to: duplicate charges or other billing errors; inability to activate access due to a platform-side issue; or where required by applicable law.
3退款递减规则Tapering Schedule
退款金额自购买之日起每天递减 4%:The refundable amount decreases by 4% per day from the purchase date:

4申请流程How to Request
请在扣款后 7 天内,通过官方社区联系管理员,并提供订单/支付凭证、注册邮箱及问题描述。Within 7 days of payment, contact an administrator via the official community with your order/payment reference, registered email, and a description of the issue.
5处理时间Processing Time
符合条件的退款申请通常在 5–10 个工作日内处理完成,退款将原路退回至原支付方式。Eligible refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days and returned to the original payment method.
6政策变更Changes
我们可能不时更新本政策。更新后的政策自发布之日起生效,不影响此前已完成的交易。We may update this policy from time to time. Updates take effect when posted and do not affect transactions already completed.
